SHIPPING POLICY

Leafle Monstas ships live plants from Ontario, Canada. Every order is packed with care, using weather-appropriate materials selected based on current and forecast conditions at both origin and destination.

Shipping Regions We currently ship within Canada. US shipping is coming soon — join our collector list to be notified when it becomes available.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Weather Holds The safety of your plant during transit is our priority. We monitor weather forecasts before every shipment and may delay shipping when temperatures fall below 4°C or exceed 32°C at origin or destination.

If your order is placed during a weather hold period, we will contact you to confirm the hold and provide an estimated ship date. You may request a full refund if you prefer not to wait.

Packaging All plants are packed with appropriate cushioning and insulation for the season. Corms are packed dry. Heat packs or insulated liners are included when conditions require.

Carrier We ship via Canada Post or comparable carrier. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
