By placing an order with Leafle Monstas, you agree to the following terms.

Live Plant Acknowledgement You understand that you are purchasing live plant material. Live plants are perishable and carry inherent risk during shipping. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Live Arrival Policy and Shipping Policy.

Accuracy of Listings We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each listing. Exact plant listings show the specific specimen you will receive. Grower's choice listings show a representative example — your plant will be selected based on current health and availability. Corm and pup listings describe dormant or juvenile material; final appearance at maturity cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Your order is charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they are packed and shipped. Once an order has been packed, cancellations are not accepted. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Limitation of Liability Leafle Monstas is not liable for losses beyond the value of the original order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of anticipated plant growth, propagation value, or resale value.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
